UK Delivery Information
We always aim to deliver your orders as swiftly as possibly. Generally, all stocked items should be with you next day once order is complete and if we do have stock shortages, we will let you know that there may be a possible delay.
ALL PERSONALISED ITEMS may take up to 10 working days to be dispatched, as these items will need to be embroidered with the relevant Names etc. before being sent out.
Orders placed after 12:00pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Unsuccessful Deliveries
All our parcels are sent out on a signed for basis. Please do not ask to have a delivery left somewhere as this is not possible as a signature will be required. If you are out and a card is left, please arrange for re-delivery by the courier or collection from the post office.
If a delivery is unsuccessfully attempted and the parcel is returned to us (sender) by the courier/postal service, we will happily re-send it to you. However, please note, we will have to re-charge for delivery costs. We will contact you should this situation arise.
International Delivery Charges
Sorry we are unable to off Worldwide deliveries currently. We always aim to deliver our orders as swiftly as possible. We would recommend that if you are ordering for students that are coming to board at the school,that you please provide a contact name, address, and telephone number so we can arrange delivery of your order to the contact provided, ready for your arrival in the UK.
